- All items listed on the store are always tested and considered in medium to good state, possible scratches on the disc or item might be excising. Items that are in a worse state will likely be mentioned during communication by the seller. It is however the costumers duty to ask the state if there are expectations of quality for analog material.
- Digitized analog formats such as Cassette and VHS will be uploaded on the online cloud service MEGA with a private folder per user. Other upload sites will not be used.
- Reservation of items can be done by paying for them in advance in order to stack up and ship out in 1 parcel.

- Digitized analog formats such as Cassette and VHS will be uploaded on the online cloud service MEGA with a private folder per user. Other upload sites will not be used.
- Quality of the digitized analog formats cannot be guaranteed due to the possibility of the items being either badly recorded/old/damaged/worn-out etc...
- Digitized analog formats made from the items of the user using this service will NOT be shared with any person/site other then the owner of the items.
- Uploaded content can be removed from the online cloud service MEGA on demand by the user who paid for the service within 30 days.
- Samples might be used as advertisement from tapes submitted to this service, with a maximum sample-time of 15 seconds.
